Barry's Tai Chi Photo Gallery

Working out is a life-style; not a happenstance. My routine consists of lifting
light weights, stretching, aeorobics, and Martial Arts. Besides Tai Chi, I work on
perfecting my side kick, and surgical strikes to accupressure points. Being a soft stylist, does
not mean being a softie. Tai Chi is like holding a ball of cotton; but the center filled with
pins, needles, and broken glass. Mixing up the routine with a lot of variety, makes
the whole process "fun". The following photos were filmed with a Sony 8mm
